Game does nothing

The The game does absolutely nothing I paid $6.99 for it please bakes I have a iPhone 6 as if that helps him the only thing I'm able to do is go in the settings and adjust them aside from that I can't play the game I recently tried to contact somebody nobody's gotten back to me please fix ASAP
