Cannot remove forge installation from dropdown, cannot see new installations in dropdown

Forge install will not update or remove itself when deleting it from the versions folder. I've uninstalled, reinstalled, and repaired my minecraft installation. Nothing will remove it at all, I just want to do a fresh install of forge.

 

Please fix.
