Im stuck with the beta launcher...

Here is my issue (sorry i couldnt get a video to show the bug): 

When I take the tick off "Use beta version of the launcher" when i reload the launcher, I am greeted with the same beta launcher, I think this was something that wasn't removed for me I think my launcher may be outdated, or this is a bug. (im using windows 10 btw)

Anyways, I hope this bug gets fixed  and thats all. (PS: Im not sure about the "Affects Version/s box because i cant find any matching versions but the id is: 2.1.5946)
