Launcher: "No responde/Non responding"

Cuando quiero abrir el juego, inicio el launcher, hago click en Jugar (en cualquiera de las versiones, con todas ocurre lo mismo), espero a que cargue al 100% y cuando dice: "Finalizando", el launcher se queda pegado y se pone gris con la ventana de: "No responde".

Ya no sé que hacer al respecto porque no puedo jugar.

When I wanna play the game, I open the launcher, then click on Play (playing any version, the error happens in all of them), I wait till it is 100% loaded and when it's finishing, the launcher gets stuck and gets grey with the non responding window.

I don't know what to do about it cause I can't play anymore.
