When I'm trying to install minecraft via install launcher, the error "'Minecraft' is not a valid short file name"

I am using windows 10. First, I was trying to play Minecraft after a long time. I clicked on the icon and it said, that "'Minecraft' is not a valid short file name". So I tried to uninstall the game, but I got the same error again. So I deleted the ".minecraft" folder from appdata, downloaded the installer from the official site and tried to install it. Now i'm getting this error everytime I try to install the game. Even if I try to right-click on the installer and go to "repair", it gives me this error. Help please
