While in "Create new Installation" dialog, Version Picking Screen is Blank

Trying to create a new Minecraft Installation for Minecraft 1.12.2, but when I select the Version (which is defaulted to "Latest Release (1.14.4)" The dialog which appears is blank, prohibiting me from choosing the version I desire.
