Minecraft Laucher not loading

On all versions of Minecraft on my computer, when I click play its starts loading, but as soon as it says "Finalizing" on the bottom in the green bar, the launcher just stops responding and does not load so I can not play Minecraft. I tried restarting my computer, shutting it down, click Play then minus it, let it Not Respond and click the close button. All of those have not worked. I have not been able to play Minecraft for 3 weeks, please if you know how to fix this help me out here.
