it doesn't load

Every time i want to play the crafts. i load up the game and when the Mojang and the loading bar pops up it stop near the end and the only way i can get out of the tab is by using control-alt-delete. then it said that the launcher is not  responding and i close it and then is says that there was an error. i don't know what to do.
