can never play minecraft on this pc

I have my minecraft set to fullscreen meaning i cannot play the game again. When i open the game i can't get to task manager to close the 2 launchers in background processes. If i close them before the game starts loading it won't load and if the game starts loading i can't access task manager anymore. This means i can never play minecraft on this device.
