cant find java

When starting a game from launcer I get an error

 

Unable to locate the Java runtime.
Error details: Ŵg䲤en har slutf��.

Filename on disk: java.exe
Path: C:\Program Files (x86)\Minecraft\runtime\jre-x64\bin\java.exe
Exists: Nonexistent

 

There is java installed in that path

 

I have tried both swedish and english version of the launcher. and reinstalled the launcher several times. I do not have any other version of javba installed
