When signing in it says incorrect even after password reset

Hello Mojang! I really like Minecraft and I have known it for 4 years now, but when I try to log in with the new launcher, it always says:
Invalid email or password
"If your account was created after November 2012 or if it has been migrated, use your email. Otherwise use your username."

I have tried restarting both my internet and my PC, but it didn't work.Then I found a thread online and when I did what it said I logged in, but then I couldn't log into any servers, please help I really need to use my minecraft account because I really enjoy playing the game, I have also tried to reset my password but still didn't work, the Launcher doesn't log in even when I use my real email and username please fix this IGN:Aquade
