Minecraft Launcher (Java Edition Mac) kept showing "Invalid Email or Password" despite resetting password multiple times and waiting for 1-2 hours before trying again.

My Minecraft Launcher (Java Edition Mac) suddenly told me to login to my account despite having my account usually login automatically. I typed in my Email and Password but it showed read "Invalid Email or Password". I tried 3-4 times to login into my account but the same error message showed up. I even reset my password multiple times to no prevail. I even waited for an hour to try again but it still didn't work, I waited for another hour and still the same thing happened. Someone please fix this issue for me.
