Minecraft does not allow me to start, all files are not downloaded.

Hi!

I need urgent help, for more than a week this error message has been released from the minecraft launcher, I couldn't play and I am worrying.
While downloading I got an "error downloading a file" which is lwjgl-3.2.2.jar, I searched the internet to see what it was and nothing came out and tried with friends' help, even so I could not fix it, I uninstalled the launcher and reinstalled it but it didn't work, I deleted .minecraft and I uninstalled everything included I deleted my worlds and it didn't work, but to reinstall it and log in and download it I got the same message of "error downloading a file" but now I get patchy-1.1.jar and I am confused, I have not uninstalled any internal files or touched any important files, I am confused and need help as soon as possible, please, I want to play minecraft. 

(In the captures the errors will come out in Spanish because my language is Spanish, I need help anyway and I hope they understand.)
