Game will not launch

We purchased the online game yesterday and have not been able to play it.  From the Play screen, it will try to launch, but then comes back with reporting: An unexpected issue occurred and the game has crashed. We're sorry for the inconvenience.

I have read through some of the comments and deleted the game and deleted java; and reinstalled each.  Still the same problem.

I have attached our log files from today.
