Forge installed succesfully but it crashes as opening the launcher - Error log cannot be seen as

Hello,
we have installed forge succesfully in versión 1.14.3. As we try to play selecting the forge versión in launcher web, the launcher stop and send message to close or view the error log, but the error log is impossible to open.

Could anyone help us? Any idea?
