Missing file Patchy-1.1.jar

It keeps saying the Patchy-1.1.jar file is non existent. My game was working fine earlier today and I have just reinstalled it as I accidentally deleted it. Now it won't start no matter what I do. I've searched other issues here and many have experienced it yet I see each of them have been resolved yet non say how to resolve this issue.
