Minecraft new launcher not working

For a time i try to install minecraft in my computer, the older launchers work fine, but when i try to install the new launcher show the message:

"Unable to start Minecraft Runtime Enviroment. This is most likely a corruption. Please try to reinstall Minecraft."

I tried to reinstall and repair but its not work. When i repair show the message:

"Unable to update Minecraft Native Launcher."
