schannel Certificate revocation function not able to check if a certificate was revoked

The error while trying to download assets from resources.download.minecraft.net was "schannel: next InitializeSecurityContext failed: Unknown error (0x80092012) - The revocation function was unable to check revocation for the certificate."

It wouldn't fix no matter what. I tried everything MinecraftIrc help told me, yet it didn't work.

Every time I launch any Minecraft version, and there is something needed not on my system, it will not launch.
