Unable to file personal ticket

I was told in ticket MCL-10857 to file a personal ticket at https://help.mojang.com/customer/portal/emails/new

I am unable to view the captcha apparently that is required so I cannot file a personal ticket. It is probably because I run a pihole on my network. Do you have any advise to allow me to play Minecraft besides "disable pihole, disable vpns, disable everything that protects you from personal surveillance"?

 

Sorry if this appears rude, but I get this fairly regularly; happens when you want some privacy.
