Installation deletion dialog leaves out '<' and '>' in installation name

The bug

When trying to delete a Minecraft installation whose name contains < (less-than sign) or > (greater-than sign) the deletion dialog leaves out these signs in the displayed installation name.

How to reproduce

1. Create an installation with a name containing < or >, e.g.:

   installation name <<<>>> test
   

2. In the "Installations" list, click the three dots for that installation and select "Delete"
