Launcher opens browser to download server

The bug

When trying to download the server .jar file for a Minecraft version your web browser is opened to download the file. This is rather unexpected, you would expect to be able to download the file within the launcher.

How to reproduce

1. Open the "Minecraft: Java Edition" tab
2. On the top click on "Installations"
3. Click on one of the installed versions
4. On the right above the version information, click "Server"
   → The web browser is opened to download the file
