View Crash Report button does nothing

If Minecraft crashes, a window pops up saying, "An unexpected issue occurred and the game has crashed. We are sorry for the inconvenience." Then, there are 2 options: "Close", or "View Crash Report". View crash report does nothing. Close just closes the message.

How to reproduce: Crash the game. (That's obvious!) Then try to click "View crash report"
