2.1.5236 Does not launch anything Ubuntu 19.04 - (2.1.3676 works)

Does not launch anything, no launcher log and no other logs.

Tried it a couple of time uninstalled and reinstalled to see if I could get logs. 

If I uninstall and install 2.1.3676 again then 2.1.3676 works fine (most of the time).
