Updated Launcher Doesn't Let Me Change Versions

I own a server that only runs on 1.14.2, but today I tried to log in on the new launcher and it sets the default version to 1.14.3 and does not allow me to change. Under installations, when I try to change or select a new version number, it states that there are "No Options..."
