New Minecraft Launcher is not connecting to my internet (LAN & WIFI)

Hello,
so, a couple days ago I recently was granted access to this new designed launcher. I thought it was cool and kept using it. When It first opened I realized I saw that in the top left it stated, 'No Connection' and the Play button said 'Play Offline'. I restarted the launcher thinking that it would fix it, it didn't. It took about 4 restarts for it to actually connect and allow me to play. This issue has been recurring every time I open the new launcher and I thought I should finally report it.
