Cannot play the newest release, cannot download it

I press play newest release and i keep getting the same issue

GAME CRASHED: an unexpected issue occured and the game crashed.

I tried changing the target but that didn't work.

When i try to download java there is also an error code (i think its 1603, or 1605)
