[MCL-1101] When trying to add Mods, Launcher is stuck at Updating Profile & Version List

This is the error from the Dev Console:

I installed REI Minimap for 1.6.2 and Too Many Items for 1.6.2 then deleted "META-INF". Then I started minecraft and the above error occurs. I've tried Running the .exe as administrator, but that didn't work.
