Minecraft won't launch

When I try to start any 1.14 version (1.14, 1.14.1, 1.14.2) when the launcher gets near the end of the loading bar on the "MOJANG" loading screen, the launcher just stops working and it says it's "Not responding". I tried it multiple times and while it was installed on both my SSD and HHD, and not once has it worked. I'm not sure what could be causing this issue, but until few days ago when I last started that version everything working fine.
