Bug with minecraft launcher: Plays weird villager sound when it loads.

I opened the launcher then closed a few times and I noticed something consistent- that sound. I had no idea what it was, so I researched a bit and from what I found, nobody has had the "bug" before. It sounded a bit like a villager laugh or a "hurr hurr" which is the sound villagers make, but it was a bit different... I just have no idea of what this is! It's not a virus, either... On top of all of that, it only worked on one computer. It didn't happen on any other environments or computers...

 

How to reproduce (Might not work. Again, I don't know the details on it.)

1. Open the minecraft launcher (NEW ONE!)
2. Wait for it to load
3. Then you might hear the sound
