Hebrew being gibberish 1.14.1

I don't really know how to use this site and forgive my English. The Hebrew language throughout the whole game is messed up. It's all gibberish (not actual words). Also, if I type one thing on my keyboard, another thing comes up. Let's say I type "hey" in Hebrew (היי), what comes up is ףננ. Every letter seems to be placed into a different location for some reason, despite using an on-screen virtual keyboard which helps me see which key I am pressing to make sure I am using the correct keyboard.
