When I try to load up minecraft it does not load up.

Whenever I try loading up minecraft from the launcher it gets stuck on the loading screen and if it is modded minecraft does not even load up but when I try to load up another it says there is already one running. I say it is the launcher because when I use the Technic Launcher minecraft works fine but if I use the regular minecraft launcher or Twitch it does not work at all
