Latest Snapshot Minecart bug

The Java edition 1.14.2 Pre-release 2 has a bug in which you can get into the Minecart bug cannot get out. You can't Jump out in Survival or fly out in creative. You can teleport but it puts you underground of the minecart so your trapped. LOL!!
