Minecraft display screwed up

The clip below shows it well but for context. I have two monitor Display 1 - My secondary monitor(left) and Display 2 - My primary monitor (right). I boot up the game and it displays on both monitors with the game displaying on the left and my mouse working on the right. I tried windows+shift+arrows, reinstalling, and some ingame options but cant find the solution. This only happens with minecraft as every other game boots on Display 2, how I want it. Minecraft was running fine yesterday but today I have no idea. If its any help it started happening when I turned fullscreen on while tabbing out.
