I can't play Minecraft 1.8 in offline mode

Everytime I lauched Minecraft 1.8 version ( 1.8 , 1.8.X ) in offline , it won't start and it give me a message saying 1.8.json cannot be downloaded . It works when online but NEVER works in offline . I tried copying the file ( 1.8.json ) from the website and put it under C:\Users

{NAME}

\AppData\Roaming\.minecraft\assets\indexes , it still won't launch but instead it deleted the 1.8.json file as I clicked play . Other version work fine but only a crash for 1.8 version .
