Minecraft 1.6 Launcher not working for Mac!

Whenever I try to log into my account on the new Minecraft Launcher this pops up: "There is a bug in LWJGL which makes it incompatible with OSX 10.5.8. Please go to New Profile and use 1.5.2 for now. Sorry!" It also says in the launcher: Launcher 1.0.8 (through bootstrap 4) started on osx...

I ALREADY HAVE MINECRAFT VERSION 1.5.2 AND WOULD REALLY LIKE TO PLAY MINECRAFT VERSION 1.6.1 OR 1.6.2! DOES ANYONE KNOW HOW TO FIX THIS PROBLEM THOUGH? THANKS, FREAKKYMASTA
