entering "skins" tab ask you questions, while you have NEVER made question

I'm not sure how to really explain, but now with the new launcher update I'm entering the skins tab, and they say: "You are attempting to access your skin settings from an unrecognized device. To verify your identity, please answer the questions below.

 

First of all, this is the first device I'm using to access the launcher even before the newest launcher update.

Second, I have never answered verify questions so why do I have these questions.
