Some chunks don't load after flying back

 

I was flying in a superflat world and some of the chunks do not load, and most of the mobs were shaking in the unloaded chunks. I tested this in a normal world, too. It looked like the mob's AI was still working but their texture was stuck.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Fly away far enough to unload some chunk.
2. Then fly back.
