Launcher: Unable to download skin templates

When attempting to download the template skins from the skins section of the launcher a file save dialog comes up and you can click save, but the file is never created on the file system.  This occurs for all four template files with 100% reproduction.

Tried closing and re-opening launcher.  Have not tried restarting computer yet.

 

1) Open the launcher

2) Sign in if not signed in

3) Click the options button

4) Click the skins tab

5) Click to download a template

6) File save dialog opens

7) Click save

8) Note the file does not exist in the directory after save
