Minecraft Intel(R) HD graphics 4000 launcher bug

Before the new minecraft launcher came out for 1.6.1, i would get an average of 90-100fps but now i only get 15-30fps i have read other posts of a similar problem and people say the graphics card is the source of it. I would like to know how to fix this.
How this happens
1.Launch minecraft
2.Load any world
3.fps drop
