Minecraft 19w07a Crashes before it even loads into Minecraft itself

For some strange reason whenever i start up 19w07a in the minecraft launcher it potentially loads but then goes back to the launcher claiming it has crashed. I've tried to reinstall JAVA but it didn't work.
