My minecraft never loads it just stays on the loading screen and says its not responding until it crashes it happens on every version

What I expected to happen was...:
my minecraft should load

What actually happened was...:
it says its not responding then crashes

Steps to Reproduce:
1. load the version of minecraft you want (1.13.2)
2. then wait for it to load
3. then when it comes up it just doesnt respond
