No Server Connection when trying to log in on Laptop

Today I created a new Minecraft Account. I havent bought the game yet but iI will tomorrow but only if the log in works. 

 

It doesnt work to log into my Mojang account on my Laptoop but on my Smartphone it works perfectly. Also I had shut down my Firewall and Antivirus. When I try to start it withe Technic Launcer it says it cannot connect to the authentication server from Mincraft why?

 

Hope you can help me otherwise I wont buy Minecraft for Pc.
