Game crashes every time on loading screen

Minecraft for Windows 10 crashes every time I try to launch the game. It gets to the "Mojang" title screen, and then says "Java Binary Not Responding".
Have tried several times in the last few months to launch, but has not worked since.
Have tried every single thing that was suggested after emailing Mojang, including uninstalling Minecraft and reinstalling, updating drivers, uninstalling mods, etc., and nothing has worked.
Last resort is to report this as a bug.
