Game launches, but window or application itself does appear at all

Whenever I load up the modded configurations, it preps like normal but once it's finished, nothing pops up and the crafting table on my taskbar is nowhere to be seen. This has happened more than once and whenever I exit the launcher and refresh my desktop and task manager, I would launch it again only for the dialogue box that warns you about multiple games to appear, but there isn't ANYTHING.
