Crash when joining servers

My Minecraft keeps on crashing whenever I try joining a server (Singleplayer, Multiplayer, Realms). It freezes, saying "Not Responding" and then when I exit the tab, it says my game has crashed. I play the game on a Windows 10.  I tried reinstalling Java and Minecraft. I went online to search up any solutions to my problem but none of them worked.. I have enough RAM gigabytes, enough storage on my computer and have 64 bit. I also tried to go into my Minecraft Launch Options and try to fix it there. I'm not sure why this is happening because my game worked perfectly 2 days ago. Please help!
