Login not working - crashes every time

Whenever I go into the MC launcher, everything is fine. However, once I click PLAY, it loads, closes the MC launcher, then reopens it with the "GAME CRASH - An unexpected issue occurred and the game has crashed. We're sorry for the inconvenience." message. 
This happens every single time I press play. I cannot play Minecraft because of it.
Please help.
