Not Responding when launching

Ever since Monday, December 3rd, 2018, my Minecraft refused to launch. On the 5th, my login wasn't working. Today, I'm able to log in, (December 6th) but whenever I start the game the Minecraft window pops up, and it shows up as 'not responding.' It's happening when I try 1.13.2, and I tried a few random other versions, and the same thing happens. It's pissing me off, and I'm just trying to play Minecraft.
