Crashes on launcher

I updated my launcher to the 1.13 version and every time that I click on play it never responds. I have uninstalled the game and reinstalled it. I have uninstalled Java and reinstalled it. I have tried to old version and nothing happens. I paid money to play this game and can't even get it to start without it not responding since update 1.13.
