MCL update 2.1.1462 JAVA VM error no boot

After the MCL update on the 23rd OCT 2018 it has created a JAVA VM error which after selecting the world you want and unpacking on the next splash screen it suddenly boots you back to the launcher with the Java VM error. I have tried adjusting the amount of RAM but this does nothing. I have also tried deleting the command line to enable the experimental Java VM but this still does nothing to get past the error.
