Minecraft crashes everytime I try to load the game

Worked fine on 25/10/18. When loading on 26/10/18, no versions will work.

Crash message says: "The game crashed whilst initializing game
Error: java.lang.OutOfMemoryError: Java heap space"

I have increased the allocated memory

I have checked java is up-to-date

I went through all the steps listed here: http://hopper.minecraft.net/help/out-of-memory/

I have uninstalled and completed a fresh install

I have logged out and back in

I have tried different versions from 1.8 to 1.13.2 - none of them are working

I have completed a clean up of the laptop to make sure there was enough available memory on the laptop

I have restarted the computer multiple times

I have attached the crash report

I am really not very happy, having paid for this account and not being able to use it
